Villager
From Animal Crossing City
Villagers are the main NPCs(Or Non Player Character) in the Animal Crossing Series. They live scattered around the Town, and usually enjoy chatting with the Player, and doing the same things the Player does, like Fishing and Digging for Fossils, and will sometimes challenge the Players to contests to see who can do it the best, like to see who can catch a certain Fish first. They are, as the name of the series suggests, all Animals, and come in a huge variety of appearances, from Mice to Elephants.
Villagers also come in several personalities. There are 6 types of personalities for villagers: grumpy (the grumpy ones talk in a lower voice than others), jock, lazy, snobby, peppy, and normal. The lazy and normal villagers are kinder to players. The jock and peppy ones aren't mean to you and often compeat you in compations on catching a certaint bug or fish in Wild World. The snobby and grumpy villagers are often mean to the player and talk about themself a lot. In Wild World, if you talk to a villager a lot and give them lots of letters with presents, they'll eventally give them a picture of them to you.
