Bella is a peppy mouse villager. As a peppy villager, she'll appear excitable and friendly towards the Player. She makes her debut appearance in Animal Crossing: Wild World. Her name means "beautiful" in Italian, though arguably the name may be of little relevance to her. Her initial phrase relates to other mouse villagers and her species, which make the sound "squeek" or "eek".

Bella is a white mouse. She has yellow bangs and she wears a skull shirt. Bella has pink blush, pink inside her ears, and has a striped tail. She has gray eyes, nose, and a gray mouth. Similar to Rasher and Iggy, Bella's eyes don't close all the way when she's in joy. She wears a Skull Shirt.

Bella is a peppy villager, so she will have an interest in all the hobbies in the Animal Crossing series, such as planting and caring for flowers, collecting fossils, fishing and bug catching. She will often ask the player to find a fossil, or a specific kind of fossil. She may seem very self-absorbed at first, but appears nicer once she befriends the player. She has a dream of becoming an actress. She is easy to convince to not move. Unlike all the other girls in the games, Bella is always wanting to rock, instead of staying in the house.

Bella's house has a mix of furniture in Animal Crossing: Wild World. When she first moves in, she has a lovely bed, kitchsy clock, iris chair, classic bookcase, and green counter. Her wallpaper is mod wall and her flooring is steel flooring. She will later tell the player that she was up all night thinking about colorful furniture, couldn't sleep because she can't stop thinking about colorful furniture, or she saw the colorful furniture at Nook's store and can't stop thinking about it. This means that the player will have to buy her pieces of furniture from the Kiddie theme. She plays K.K. Metal on her stereo.
