Oh, (Player's Name), you're priceless, you know that? You're like a peppy little bag of fun, baaaby!
— Cashmere, Animal Crossing
Cashmere (ラムール, L'Amour?) is a snooty sheep villager from the Animal Crossing series. Cashmere's name is based off of the fabric of the same name, which is formed from goat hair. The high expense of this material, usually limited to wealthy people, supports her snooty personality. Her catchphrase may be a reference to the noise a sheep makes, "baa" and a play on the word "baby". Her Japanese name, L'Amour, is French for "love".

Cashmere returned to the series in New Leaf, as part of the Welcome Amiibo update. By scanning amiibo cards this villager can be met via the campground and invited to the town.

Appearance

Cashmere's fur is a powdery shiny blue. She has dark-golden colored horns and a dull green face with black freckles. She wears a gossamer scarf, the Nebula Shirt. She has hot pink eyeshadow and mascara. The tips of her hands and feet (or hooves rather) are white. She can sometimes be mistaken for a male because of her facial expression, as well as having very few feminine features.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the snooty personality. For more information, click here.
Cashmere has a snooty personality, which means she loves make-up and gossiping. As a snooty villager, Cashmere will first appear rude and arrogant towards the player, often talking about herself and her own experiences. She also speaks about the style and appearance of other villagers, usually other female villagers such as normal, peppy, and other snooty villagers. She will soon warm up to the player, confining in them about their own feelings but still keeping subtly rude. Cashmere will not get along with lazy villagers due to them not caring about their appearance or the lazy villagers hating what she eats, and she won't get along with jock villagers because they will question her on her physical appearance and they won't worry about fashion. However, she will get along with cranky villagers due to their similar rude personalities, and usually normal villagers as well.

House

Cashmere's house contains a few items from the Exotic Series. These items include the exotic screen, exotic end table, and exotic lamp. On top of the exotic end table is a bug. Behind the exotic screen is a bed with a cabana chair nearby, followed by a biwa lute. By the entrance of the house, there are two mini buzzoids. To the right of the entrance, there is a green wardrobe. The house also contains various plants. Cashmere uses the exotic wall and exquisite rug.
