"Hmm. Where did I put that thing...?"Charlise (チャーミー, Cha-mi?) is a peppy bear islander in the Animal Crossing series. She first appeared in Animal Forest e+ but returned in Animal Crossing: New Leaf as an uchi villager. Her name originates from the French/Portuguese word "charme", which means charm. She has the same catchphrase as Teddy in Animal Forest e+.

Her initial shirt is the Red Aloha Shirt, however in New Leaf, she initially wears a Red Warmup Suit. She carries the Daisy Umbrella on rainy days. She has lazy eyes with black eyeliner. Charlise will treat the player with respect and will even offer to fight off anyone giving the player trouble. Charlise may get along with jock villagers who share her love of sports, and lazy villagers for how laid-back they are. However, she may conflict with snooty and cranky villagers, who spread rumors about others.
Charlise has a house that somewhat resembles a school gym. She has a basketball hoop and a ball catcher, as well as a hurdle, and a scoreboard. She also has two cones in her house, and plays Mr. K.K. on her Cassette Player, which adds to the fact that her house is a school gym, as Mr. K.K. sounds like a graduation song.
