This may sound kinda weird, but would you mind if I chewed on your hair?
― Chester, City Folk

Chester (パンタ, Panta?) is a lazy cub villager in the Animal Crossing series, who resembles a panda. He has the play hobby.

Appearance[]

Chester CF

Chester in City Folk

Chester is a panda cub. He has blue patches around his eyes, a white face, rosy cheeks, and blue ears. He has a relaxed facial expression, and he grits his teeth when expressing a negative emotion. His initial clothing is the yellow bar shirt, which is changed to the dragon suit in New Horizons. His appearance is similar to Chow and Pinky, both bear villagers who are also pandas.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the lazy personality. For more information, click here.

As a lazy villager, Chester will be friendly and easy to get along with due to his laid back lifestyle. Like all lazy villagers, he has a love of food and relaxing. He will enjoy partaking in the usual hobbies, usually for relaxing reasons or for food, like when fishing. Chester will get along well with other villagers, but may offend or confuse jock villagers, who have a lifestyle of exercise and fitness, which conflicts with the lazy lifestyle of relaxing and food. He will get along with other lazy villagers with whom he will talk about food, comics, or superheroes. He will also get along well with normal, peppy, smug, and sisterly villagers, and occasionally cranky villagers, but may from time to time annoy snooty villagers, who disagree with the lazy lifestyle.

House[]

Chester's house resembles a zen garden, and Imperial K.K. plays in his house. This song has an oriental theme, reflecting the furnishings and the panda's native country, China.

Chester's preferred theme is harmonious, and he primarily gives steel as a reward. His profile reads:
