Dotty (マーサ, Martha) is a peppy rabbit villager in the Animal Crossing series. Her name relates to her large, circled eyes and area of her ears, though it could also be a reference to the word "dotty", which means just a little bit crazy is a reference to her personality. She and Ellie share the same catchphrase.
Dotty is a black and white Dutch rabbit with tall ears that are turquoise inside. She has a smile by default and round eyes that go red when she is surprised or shocked. Her paws are white (known as "white socks") while her arms are black. She wears a blue check shirt. She looks a bit like Klonoa.
Below is a brief description of the peppy personality. For more information, click here.
As a peppy villager, she will always appear to be in a good mood. She will get along with other villagers including the player, making it easy to befriend her and gain her picture in Animal Crossing: Wild World. She will enjoy the usual hobbies, and may ask the player for bugs or fish that she finds cute. She will easily get upset, but due to a short attention span she will forget ever having the conversation. Like all peppy villagers, she dreams of becoming famous in the future and reads Ms. Nintendique, an unseen magazine read by all female villagers in Animal Crossing: Wild World. She also has an unseen friend called Moppina, which is popular with peppy and normal villagers. She will get on well with normal, lazy, jock and other peppy villagers, but may annoy snooty and cranky villagers with her upbeat and bouncy personality. She is a little bit gullible and often accuses you of using black magic to make your room bigger then starts screaming loudly.
In Wild World and City Folk, Her house has a Space Theme, but also includes the Desert Vista (wall) and Saharah's Desert (floor). Her decor consists of three Spaceman Sams, a Lunar Rover, and sometimes a Space Station. She listens to K.K. Technopop on her stereo and has one gyroid - the Tall Sproid.
In Animal Forest and Animal Forest +, Dotty's house has a Construction Theme or a Space Theme, there is one Gyroid, which is the Mini Spuntoid and a Tape Deck that plays K.K. Technopop. The Wallpaper is the Western Vista and the Tropical Floor.
In the Animal Crossing version, her house has the Tropical Vista (wall) and Tropical Floor. Moai statues decorate the center of the house. In the corners, she has a toilet and alarm clock. Her stereo will play Aloha K.K., giving off a Hawaiian theme.
In New Leaf, Dotty's house is very lab themed, with many of the Modern Series, she also plays K.K. Technopop.
E-Reader Card InfoEditDotty is a talker. Most of the time she's just talking about herself, and there's plenty to talk about! Let's just say Dotty has "Unique" interior design. Her password is jOwd3H%@uJxkxsuYYnSncH@6b@r4.
