Heart Balloons are handheld items and a piece of furniture. This type of balloon has only made an appearance in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. They can only be obtained through StreetPass player in the Happy Home Showcase for the seventh time or bought from the Happy Home Showcase Catalog from another house.
