Katt (チョイ Choi^?) is an uchi cat villager in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. Her name means 'cat' in Norwegian and references her species. Her catchphrase refers to the word "pretty" and the sound cats make; "purr."

Appearance

Katt is a brown cat with gray inner ear fur and yellow eyes that look similar to glasses. She has yellow stripes on her legs, arms, face and tail. She has small fangs and her paws are white. She initially wears the Pep Squad Shirt.

Personality

Katt is a uchi ("big sister") villager. She is a mix of peppy, snooty and normal villagers, and will act like a big sister to the villager once they become close friends. If you talk to her after your player gets stung by a bee, she will give you medicine. Katt may conflict with Snooty and Cranky villagers, who spread rumors about others. Even so, she is very kind and caring.

On her High-End Stereo, she has Surfin' K.K. playing. She has a lot of instruments.

• Because Katt and Kapp'n both almost have the same syllable saying, attempting to call Katt's name through the megaphone often results in Kapp'n's name being called out.
