Maggie (マーガレット, Māgaretto?) is a normal pig villager from Animal Crossing series originally exclusive to Animal Forest e+. Like many of the villagers introduced in Animal Forest e+, she could only move into a village if the player has her e-reader card. Her initial phrase is the typical interpretation of a pig's sound.
Maggie returned to the series in New Leaf, as part of the Welcome amiibo update. By scanning amiibo cards, this villager can be met via the campground and invited to the town.
Appearance

Maggie is a light brown pig with darker brown spots in her head. She has pointy brown ears, and she has a big pink snout with wide nostrils. Her white eyes are rimmed with black, and she has eyelashes. She initially wears the Yodel Shirt.

Maggie has a normal personality, and frequently acts kind towards the player. Normal villagers generally get along well with lazy, peppy, smug, snooty, and other normal villagers. Maggie may conflict with cranky and sisterly villagers. As a normal villager, Maggie will usually wake up at 6:00 am and is easier to befriend than most. Both normal and peppy villagers reference an unseen friend known as Moppina.

Maggie's house has the same furniture set up as Sydney's house, with the difference being that she has changed the wallpaper to the Green Wallpaper and the flooring to the Ranch Flooring. She has a Red Boombox playing K.K. Country.
