“One picture of me is worth a thousand pictures of somebody else.”
― Picture quote, Wild World
Pecan (レベッカ,Rebekka?, Rebecca) is a snootysquirrelvillager from the Animal Crossing series. Her name comes from a type of nut of the same name, a reference to squirrels and their taste in nuts. So far, Pecan has been in every single game. Pecan was also featured in the Animal Crossing manga.
Pecan is a brownish red squirrel with plum-colored eyeshadow. Her ears are blueish purple inside. She initially wears a red check shirt. Her tail is brown and has a lighter brown swirl on it. When it rains, she uses an elegant umbrella.
Personality
Below is a brief description of the snooty personality. For more information, click here.
As a snooty villager, Pecan will first appear rude and arrogant towards the player, often talking about herself and her fashion, but will be nice and pleasurable if the conversation is mature and cool. She may also talk about the style and appearance of other villagers, usually other female villagers such as normal, peppy, and other snooty villagers. She will soon warm up to the player, confiding in them about her own feelings but still keeping subtly rude. Pecan will find it hard to get along with other villagers, specifically lazy and jock villagers who have conflicting lifestyles compared to her own. She may get along with cranky villagers, who also enjoy gossiping about the appearance and lifestyles of others. Like peppy villagers, she reads a magazine called Ms. Nintendique, an unseen magazine featured in Wild World.
House
Pecan's house has a Kitchen theme, with several pieces from the Regal Series like a Regal Bed, a Regal Arimore, a Regal Sofa, Regal Wardrobe, a Regal Dresser, and even a Regal Cupboard. She also has toaster and blender, as well as one flower. Café K.K. plays on a Hi-Fi Stereo. The wallpaper is the Regal Wall and the flooring is the Stone Floor. She has the same house as Bree.
Pecan got smarty when it comes to art. She loves portraits and still lifes and pad paintings of love. And whenever she gets her hand on a piece of art -which isn't often enough- she donates it to the Farway Museum for everyone to enjoy.
