"I just ate like 50 pounds of <food> so I'm feeling kind of bloated."Peggy (ちえり Chieri?) is a peppy pig villager from the Animal Crossing series. She originally appeared in the Japanese-only Animal Forest e+, was cut out of Animal Crossing: Wild World, and returned in Animal Crossing: City Folk. Her name may be a parody of Miss Piggy from the Muppets. There is also a type of sweets called Peggy Pig and Pals which may have inspired Peggy's name. Her catchphrase is a play on the word "sweetie".
— Peggy, Animal Crossing: City Folk
Below is a brief description of the peppy personality. For more information, click here.
As a peppy villager, Peggy will always appear to be in a good mood. She will get along with other villagers including the player, making it easy to befriend her. She will enjoy the usual hobbies, and may ask the player for bugs or fish that she finds cute. She will easily get upset, but due to a short attention span she will forget ever having the conversation. Like all peppy villagers, she dreams of becoming famous in the future. She will get on well with normal, lazy, jock, and other peppy villagers, but may annoy snooty and cranky villagers with her upbeat personality.
In Animal Forest e+, Peggy's house has the same furniture styling Gabi's house, only that she has used the Tartan Wall and the Ceramic Tile as her choice of flooring and wallpaper. K.K. Bossa is played on a Turntable to fit the relaxed feel of her house with many furniture from the Cabana Series, such as a Cabana Screen and a Cabana Chair with a Piano and with plants.
In Animal Crossing: City Folk, Peggy's house has a beach themed with various furniture from the Cabana Series, such as the Cabana Lamp and the Cabana Screen. K.K. Bossa is played on a Turntable to fit the relaxed feel of her house with a piano and hammock. Her choice of flooring and wallpaper are the Tropical Vista and the Tropical Floor, which can only be obtained from Saharah.
