Piper returned to the series in New Leaf, as part of the Welcome Amiibo update. By scanning amiibo cards this villager can be met via the campground and invited to the town.
Piper is a white bird that initially wears the Striking Outfit, a shirt with blue, green, and white also, her beak is orange and her feet are orange. She may be mistaken for a snooty villager.
Below is a brief description of the peppy personality. For more information, click here.
Peppy villagers appear to be in a good mood often, and are easy to become friends with. As a peppy villager, Piper will have the tendency to over-react in conversations about trivial subjects, and will usually be over-excited to see the player or other villagers. This villager, like other peppy villagers, will rarely be discouraged from doing anything, including the usual hobbies. Peppy villagers dream of becoming famous in the future and read Ms. Nintendique, an unseen magazine read by snooty, normal, and other peppy villagers in the Animal Crossing Series. Peppy villagers will also have a very short attention span, which means they soon forget some arguments or tasks given to the player which were not completed. Piper may easily get upset in conversation when wrong things are said. She will get along well with other villagers, particularly the lazy, normal, jock, uchi, other peppy villagers, but she may annoy and upset cranky and snooty villagers, whose personalities differ. Due to the nature of peppy villagers, she may mention how "old" or "boring" cranky villagers are compared to her opposing, upbeat personality.
Piper has a rather musical touch towards her house with many furniture from the Cabana Series such as the Cabana Vanity and the Cabana Bed including three bird cadges which is peculiar because Piper is a bird herself. Piper's wallpaper is the Stately Wall and the flooring is the Birch Flooring. K.K. Reggae plays on a Turntable.
Piper is a perfectionis. She thinks se must do EVERYTHING just right. So when she tries something new, she get frustrated and gives up if she can't do it right the first time. Maybe Piper need to learn a new virtue, patience!
