From Animal Crossing City

The Post Office is a building in Animal Crossing where the Players can mail letters to other Players, or to animals living in the town. Also Players pay off their House in the Post Office, and can store money in a bank account there. In Animal Crossing: Wild World the Post Office was moved into the Town Hall, which also worked as the Wishing Well. Right outside the Post Office theres a Billboard where you can make new Town Tunes. During the day, the clerk will be Pelly, who is very nice to the Player, but during the night the clerk will be Phyllis, her sister, who will be very rude.
