Stinky (アセクサ,Asekusa?) is a male catvillager in the Animal Crossing series. He has a jock personality. His name may refer to his appearance, the characteristics of which are usually associated with poor hygiene - greyish-green fur and a "wrestling mask" made of underwear over his face. His Japanese name is a combination of the words, "sweat" and "stinky," which also enforces this idea. His initial phrase, "GAHHHH", may be a sound of strength and power, possibly referring to something to do with wrestling, but because of it, he is sometimes mistaken for a cranky villager. Stinky was absent in Wild World, but he reappears in City Folk and New Leaf.
Stinky is a cat that wears a wrestling mask made of underwear; he is one of the only villagers to wear headgear. His underwear mask is red and blue with a white outline. His fur is a sickly shade of green except for his white-tipped paws and feet. His tail also appears to have a white tip, but some think it is meant to look like he has a sock on his tail. His ears are orange inside with a dark brown outline. Through holes in his mask, it can be seen that Stinky has black eyes made up of a straight line. His eyebrows look very similar to them except for that they are larger, and because of this, it may appear to some that he has four eyes. His mouth is open in a red smile. Stinky originally wears a splendid shirt, and when it is raining, he carries a flame umbrella.

Stinky has a jock personality and has a great interest in sports and bodybuilding. Jock villagers are hyperactive and motivated, but often come across as self-centered and dense. As a jock villager, Stinky is very interested in his hobby, and may compete against the player at catching bugs and fish. Jock villagers get along with peppy, cranky, and sisterly villagers, but conflict with the laid-back lifestyle of lazy villagers. Snooty villagers may also be difficult to get along with for Stinky.
House
Stinky's home has a wrestling theme. He has a boxing ring, a bell, matching boxing wallpaper and carpet, and boxing mats on the floor. If one presses the bell, cheering can be heard due to a programmed action for his particular wallpaper. In earlier games, his tape deck plays K.K. Rock, but in City Folk and New Leaf, it plays Go K.K. Rider.
