T&T Emporium (まめつぶデパート Mametsubu Depāto?) (also known as department store) is a new store in New Leaf that is managed and owned by Timmy and Tommy (Tommy will now be known as Thomas, and Timmy Timothy). It is the final Nookling store upgrade in the game, with the previous upgrade being T.I.Y.; Tom Nook previously owned and managed the Nook Store franchise in previous games, but has now become the manager of Nook's Homes, a real estate agency.

There are considerable changes compared to previous Nookling stores. It features a revolving door and small boutique windows. The sign is built into the curved design of the walls above the door, which is lit up with large light bulbs.

It does not have a reference to Nookington's as the entrances are different and they have different amount of floors. T&T Emporium has 3 floors and a revolving entrance while Nookington's has 2 floors and an automatic door.

The Gardening Store is now a part of the Nookling store franchise, with no separate entrance on the front of the building. However, the store still has Leif's store collided with it as it merges which looks like a big shopping mart.

The first floor contains items from the Gardening Store, with the addition of Bamboo and Fertilizer on one side, and Tools, Stationery, two K.K. Slider songs and two Fortune Cookies / Seasonal items on the other. The second floor has a range of furniture on show alongside two Wallpaper and two Carpets. The third floor houses Gracie's expensive premium items, which were last seen in GracieGrace in the City in City Folk.

In addition, when Gracie holds a sale at the end of the month, a purple sale sign depicting the GracieGrace emblem with the word 'SALE' written across the bottom is displayed outside the door to the store.
