Apparently in the Welcome Amiibo update of New Leaf, they drastically reduced the chance of villagers getting sick. This may be due to a bug introduced in the WA update but it hasn't been 100% confirmed yet. Watchy (talk) 08:49, June 9, 2018 (UTC)
