Snow....SNOW already!

Urrg! I just need to rant about this! Where I live, it gets REALLY cold, but then it DOSENT snow! And the temp. is WAY below freezing. And now, cause of the weird weather, my allergies are kicking in. So now I'm sneezey and ghostly pale, with huge bags under my eyes. SNOW SNOW SNOW SNOW SNOW SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
