Could an admin help with this?

A user (The acrisus) asked me on my talk-page if I could help her with a stalker. He wrote something on her talk page, so I decided to check it out. It was a registered user who said a bunch of swear words to her. Could we block this user? I will delete the text after he is blocked. Please help fast!
