The wild painting is a painting that can be bought in New Leaf. It is based upon Fujin Raijin-zu, a painting by Tawaraya Sōtatsu. It was made in the seventeenth-century on some gold leaf paper with ink. The painting depicts Fūjin, the wind god, holding a bag that causes wind, and Raijin, the thunder god, playing taiko drums. Fujin Raijin-zu is currently housed at the Kyoto National Museum in Japan.
