You're right... The moon does look like a big, fat marshmallow!
― Willow, Animal Forest e+

Willow (マリー Marī?, Marie) is a snooty sheep villager in the Animal Crossing series, a villager who made her first appearance in Animal Forest e+, where she was exclusive to her e-Card that came with the game.

She was absent in Wild World, but reappeared in City Folk. Her catchphrase is based on the character in the nursery rhyme Little Bo Peep and is named after the golden fleece willow, itself named after the golden fleece from the fairy tale Rumpelstiltskin. Her Japanese name may be based on the nursery rhyme "Mary Had a Little Lamb." She is the second of three sisters. She has the fashion hobby.

Appearance[]

Willow AFe+

Willow in Animal Forest e+

Willow is a white sheep with yellow fleece. Her horns and the tips of her hooves are vibrant pinks. Her eyes are green and she wears pale pink blush. Willow's default outfit is the Bad Plaid Tee. In New Horizons, Willow wears a pink Pom-Pom Sweater.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the snooty personality. For more information, click here.

Willow has a snooty personality, which means she loves makeup and gossiping. As a snooty villager, Willow will first appear rude and arrogant towards the player, often talking about herself and her own experiences. She also speaks about the style and appearance of other villagers, usually other female villagers such as normal, peppy, and other snooty villagers. She will soon warm up to the player, confiding in them about their own feelings but still keeping subtly rude. Willow will not get along with lazy villagers due to them not caring about their appearance or the lazy villagers hating what she eats, and she won't get along with jock villagers because they will question her on her physical appearance and they won't worry about fashion. However, she will get along with cranky villagers due to their similar rude personalities, and usually normal villagers as well.

House[]

Willow's house has a very elegant feel to it. She has four pieces of Regal furniture - the bed, dresser, wardrobe, and lamp. She has the upright piano and a bass, with K.K. Etude on a retro stereo. She also has a plant. In Animal Forest e+, Willow's house is the same as Olivia's, but only with the wood paneling carpet, and the elegant wallpaper.

Due to the lack of Regal furniture in New Horizons, Willow's house has a more traditional, yet still elegant, touch. Her home is now furnished with many warm-colored items, including the brown antique console table and bed, red fireplace, and red cuckoo clock. She has separate stations dedicated to her hobbies, which seem to include music and sewing.

❝ So long as she stays silent, Willow has the effect of a graceful noblewoman. But then she starts talking, and it's a baa-ad scene.❞

Description 王侯貴族の令嬢っていうと、おしとやかなイメージがありますが、元はといえば戦いで天下を取った人の血筋なので、本当は結構アツイ人が多いのかも。 The daughter of a royal aristocrat has a gentle image, but since the origin of the bloodline was a person who took the world in battle, there may actually be many intense people.
